At Unfold Beauty, we take pride in delivering high-quality beauty products. If you encounter any issues with your order, returns or exchanges are possible only under specific conditions and are issued as a credit note.
1. Damaged Products
Every product is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving the product. A full credit note will be issued for any damaged items.
Please note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as color preference, personal choice, or handcrafted variations.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match your original order, please contact us within 5 working days with your order number and name. Once we receive the incorrectly shipped item in its original packaging, we will promptly send the correct product to you.
